Sorya
I was not sure how people were going to think of me. I knew that people at my old school used to call me a freak when i was Marked a few months ago. My best friend even was scared of me when she saw the cresent mark on my forehead.
I walked into the mall and looked at how big it was. Wow, how was i going to get through all this is one day? I then walked to a country western store and looked at a pair of wrangler jeans. I then looked at the cowboy hats and grabbed one that was black felt. I looked in the mirror and thought that i looked good. I loved it. Perfect fit, great look. I think that the cowboys would like it on me! Anyways, i payed for my new hat. I realized that people were not able to make fun of me because they could not see my Mark at all. I look normal amungst all the humans.
I walked to the shoe store and looked at the high heeled boots. I found a cute pair that went up near my knees. I think that these would go great with a pair of dark blue skinny jeans, and maybe a red top. Well....one thing that people do not know about me, i love fashion. Mainly the western fashions.
As i walked on, i then continued on my shopping for no reason. I just needed something to do while i wait for my horse to rest from traveling from Oklahoma last night.

Shopping. Could there be anything funner? Okay, so obviously there's horse riding, but whatever. Shopping was stil up there at the top of the list, somewhere. For Abbey Sue that is anyways. She had been planning on meeting a friend at the amll for a day of money-spendin fun, but somehow things went wrong, dates were confused, and it was all just one big mess. So her friend was now going to her aunts instead, and our dear Abbey Sue had to go shopping by herself. But that's okay too. After all, she could have fun no matter where she was, or who she was with. Especially when she was going to the mall. It was amazing really. It was the biggest shopping center place she had ever seen and she loved it. That's the thing about Abbey. Growing up in a small country town, away from civilization, big places facinated her greatly. They were just so, wow! You would've thought that she'd be used to the more simple, country life style. The one she had grown up living. But instead she adored the city. The lights, the noise, the people, but most importantly the shops. The shops here were amazing, but I think I've mentioned that before. So naturally, being one of her favourite places to be, Abbey spent quite a bit of her spare time at the mall. Shopping, browsing, even just grabbing a quick bite or something to drink. And really, despite how much time she spent there, she never quite got enough of it. It was just so big, and amazing, and there was so much to do. She'd always find something to interest her.
So where were we.. the mall. Right. Today Abbey was off to the mall. She didn't really know why. After all, she didn't really have a reason to go. She had been planning on meeting her friend there, but they weren't going any more. So really, she didn't have a reason at all. But she was going anyway. Guess she could've gone riding, but she thought she'd let her baby have a bit of a break. They'd been doing a lot of training recently, and the stallion had been working so hard. He deserved a bit of 'me' time. So yes, the mall it was. But not yet. No, Abbey Sue was still standing in front of the mirror, figuring out which look to use today. She was trying out different hair styles at the moment. Longer, shorter, lighter, darker, blue. She chuckled, watching her reflection as she ran her fingers through her bright blue curls. Perhaps something a tad less outrageous. She closed her eyes, shaking her head gently, before opening them once more, smiling at the reflection she saw in the mirror. That'd do. A nice, natural brown. Straight too. It was plain, without being boring. Checking her eyes, she noticed they were looking a bit too bright. She was in quite a good mood, after all, she was going shopping. But still, the bright sky blue stood out a little bit too much. Changing it to a slightly duller aquamarine kinda colour, she smiled approvingly and walked out of her room. Grabbing her bag and a light jacket in case it got any colder, she headed out the door, making sure to lock up.
Hopping into her ute, she drove down the driveway, and onto the road, heading up towards the mall. She had been so excited when she had turned eighteen. Being able to drive and all. And then her daddy had bought her this car and it was just too cool to comprehend. It didn't take long for the teen to reach the mall and find a parking spot. She couldn't help but smile as she walked inside, the cool airconditioning making her skin tingle. She stood there for a second or two, just inside the shopping center, looking around. Suddenly one of the shops in particular caught her attention. It was just a small shoe shop, one she had been to many times before, and yet it was different somehow. She walked towards it, when she saw why. The most gorgeous pair of heels stood there in the window, beconing to her. They wanted her to come inside, to try them on, to buy them, take them home. She knew it, she could hear their sweet little voices. Buy us, buy us. You know you want to, we're just so pretty. Oh what the hey. She'd try them on at least. She went inside and looked around for a bit, but nothing really caught her eye as much as the heels had. She found a pair in her size and tried them on. They were perfect. It was like they were made for her. She was devestated. She'd have to buy them now, didn't she. Who knows if she'd ever find shoes like this again, ones that fit so well, ones that.. were on SALE! She couldn't believe it. It was like the world of shoes was conspiring against her. Damn you shoes..
She bought them. She had told herself that she didn't need any more shoes, and yet, here she was. Yet another shiny black bag slung over her shoulder, her brand new heels waiting patiently inside, smug over their little victory. Oh well, she'd find somewhere to wear them. She always did. Actually, there was one occassion she'd definately wear them to. Sure, it was a short while away, but it was coming up none the less. Her nineteenth birthday was but a few weeks away. Okay, maybe it was more like months, but still. It was coming. And she could wear her new heels. Yes! What an awesome plan. Ah, but she'd have to find something to wear with them of course. She tried thinking of all the clothes in her wardrobe, but nothing came immediately to mind. Perhaps she could get away with buying a new dress. One that matched her new heels. Sounded good. Seeing a dress shop up ahead, she went inside. She looked around, going through the racks, searching for something a little bit different, something unique, something that would jump off the rack and hit her in the face. Something interesting. But alas, she found nothing. And the boutique had looked quite promising too. Sure, there were a few nice dresses and all that, but nothing that worth buying. Feeling her phone start to vibrate in her pocket, she took it out and slid it open, to see that she had recieved a text from her friend. Probably in apology for not making it today. She was walking out of the store, just about to open the message, when she walked straight into another shopper. A young girl, teen, much like herself it seemed. Though she didn't really notice that, for she fell back in surprise, landing flat on her backside, her shopping landing with a dull thud beside her.

I looked at the girl who i bumped into. Should i tell her what i am? No. She may freak out on me and say that i am a freak. Are you ok?
Maybe i should ask her if she is like me? Nah...would not risk it. I then looked down at my cowboy boots and wrangler jeans for a second. I put my hand out for her to grab and help her up. I then looked at my wrist and noticed that some of my tattoos for being an adult vampire started showing. Oh no! I then helped her up and fixed my hid my wrist in my western style shirt. I was afraid of what she was going to say about what she may have seen. I quickly buttoned up the cuff of my shirt and looked down at her.
My name is Sorya Jones. You are?

Having given a small gasp, she simply sat there for a second or two, mouth agape, a surprised look on her face. She couldn't believe that she had just bumped into someone. She had bumped into someone. Looking up, she saw the girl standing before her. "Oh my gosh, I am soo sorry. I should've paid more attention to where I was going an-" She was rambling, that was bad. She stopped her talking, and looked down, not wanting the girl to see the embarressment that was probably clear in her eyes. Hearing the other teen speak, she looked up again, a smile appearing on her freshly glossed lips and gave a small nod. "Yeah, I'm fine. You okay?" She asked in return, though the other looked fine to her. At least she was still standing. Unlike her. As the girl stretched out her hand, Abbey Sue accepted it, pulling slightly as she stood up. She noticed a tatoo on the girls arm, but didn't ask. A lot of people had tatoos now didn't they. Of course, she was too scared to get one, but she wouldn't mind having a butterfly or whatnot. It did seem like quite an awesome idea, but yes, she was a bit scared to do anything like that. After all, she was still too scared to get her belly button pierced. Once she did that, she'd get a tatoo. Maybe.
Looking up at the girl she smiled once more. "Thanks." She said quickly with a smile, before picking up her bags. As she looked up, the girl spoke once more. Her name. It was quite unusual too. Sorya. Maybe this was why she felt as if she had heard it before. Actually, she felt as though she had met her before. Or if not met, then at least seen her somewhere. Well, she probably had. After all, how many people were there in this place. Okay, so maybe a lot. It was a pretty big town after all, much bigger than Abbey's last home. But still. Chances are she had come across the girl somewhere before. Remembering that she had actually asked a question, Abbey replied quickly. I'm Abbey Sue. Benson. But everyone juust calls me Abbey Sue. Or just Abbey. Either way. She said cheerfully. Gosh, she was in a really good mood today. In fact, she was even a little bit hyper for some odd reason. Probably just the fact she's shopping. Shopping does seem to do that to her. It makes her happy. But enough of that. She was still trying to figure out where she had seen this girl before. But she just couldn't think of a time, or a place. It was just so frustrating, not being able to remember like that.
She decided to ask. "You know, you seem really familiar. Are you sure we haven't met before? Perhaps at a party somewhere, or at uni maybe?" She really had no clue why she felt like she knew this girl. Or if she even did. Perhaps she just reminded her of someone else. But who? She really didn't know. But even if she didn't know her, she seemed nice enough. She had helped her up after all, and asked her if she was okay. She seemed like a very nice person indeed. Perhaps she didn't know her after all. If she did, then they'd probably be best friends by now. Abbey Sue made friends pretty quickly. And someone as nice and helpful and interesting as Sorya would definately be someone she'd become friends with easily. Suddenly something caught her attention. A scar looking thing on the girl's forhead. Most of it was covered by her hair, but Abbey Sue was a very observant person. Suddenly it hit her. The cresant, the tatoo. The girl was a vampyre. Instead of freaking out like a lot of people would, she simply pretended not to have noticed. It wasn't that big of a deal anyway. She had met worse. And plus, being a shapeshifter herself, it took a lot to surprise her. So she simply stood, smiling, waiting for the girl to answer her queerie.

It is nice to meet you Abbey. I looked at her for a second. She staired at my forehead for a second. She knew what i was. She knew i was a vampyre. I closed my eyes for a second and sighed. Should i tell her? Maybe i should. I looked at her for a second. Abbey, what would you say if i were a vampyre? I asked in a whisper so that no one would hear me at all.
But i am sorry, i do not think that we have met at all. I just moved here from Elk City Oklahoma a few days ago. How come she seemed to know me? Has she ever been to Oklahoma? I am not sure. But something about this girl seemed to tell me that we have met once, but i may not even remember when we met.

Lips curled into a happy little smile as she listened to the other girl speak. However, she knew that that girl knew that she knew, if that made any sense. She wondered what she would say, if she would try denying it. Most extraordinary people like her did. Just shrug it off as something normal. Abbey Sue could never really figure out why everyone just wanted to be normal. Fit in with everyone else. Be part of that flock of fluffy white sheep. Personally, she liked being different, being a shapeshifter. However, perhaps that's because she wasn't dangerous. Well, it's not that she thought they were, werewolves and vampires and all them lot. No, they could be perfectly safe too. But being who she was, she simply didn't have those particular urges, to fight, to kill, to drink human blood. Whatever the case may be. So no, to regular humans she may be a freak of nature, but she definately wasn't dangerous. So yes, perhaps that's why she didn't mind it. Of course, that didn't mean she'd ever change in public just for the sake of a bit of attention. Never. But she never had denied her abilities if asked. Back to the girl. Abbey watched her as she closed her eyes for a second or two before sighing heavily. She definately didn't want to say it, she could tell. Not that she blamed her. It could be hard really, especially when you've only just met the person you're about to tell. But then again, maybe it's better that way. At least if they're not friends, they can't hurt you as much.
A mere whisper was all the girl let out, as she exposed her secret. Probably so nobody else would hear. Smart thinking, though I guess it's just common sense. Whatever. Abbey Sue simply chuckled, her smile never leaving her lips, her eyes locked on to that of the girls. "Well then, I'd tell you to tell me something I didn't know", She said jokingly, humour lacing her words. However, her expression softened a bit, that gentle warmth returning to her blue eyes. "And also, that it doesn't bother me one bit." She smiled reassuringly, hoping that the girl could see that she meant what she said. Really, the fact that she was a vampyre didn't bother her in the slightest. She had already had one friend who had been a vampire, and really, she was quite used to it by now. She made a point to see people as who they were, rather than what they were. If someone was nice, she didn't care whether they were a vampire or a werewolf or even the boogey man. It just didn't seem to matter to her. As the teen spoke once more, Abbey Sue nodded her head gently. "Hmm, well I don't think I've been to Oklahoma. But anyways. So you just moved have you? Yeah, I'm a bit new here myself. Only a week or two now. Daddy bought me this awesome ranch just out of town. It's old, and it'll need a lot of work, but I'll manage somehow I guess," she replied with a small sigh, her gaze shifting to the floor as she thought about the old farm.
It was a lovely piece of land really, two hundred and fifty or so acres of gently rolling hills, covered in lush bluegrass, which the region was named after. The majority of the property was just this, grass. Though there was a decent sized wood-like area on one side, that extended out onto the next property over, if there even was one there. Perhaps nobody owned that land. But whatever. However, apart from the grassiness of it all, the property wasn't much at all. The house, an old wooden farm house was slowly falling apart, and already she had found a few holes in the ceiling. Luckily it hadn't rained yet. And the stables were in okay condition, well compared to the house anyways, but they were a bit on the small side and really, just not adequate for what she had planned for them. So yeah, she had quite a lot of work to do indeed. But she didn't mind. At least she could build her home the way she wanted it. Focusing her attention back on the girl before her, she smiled once more. "So what about you. Have you bought a place or what?" she asked curiously. Suddenly, she remembered her shopping. That's why she was there right? And Sorya, she had shopping bags too. "Oh! I just realised that I must've stopped you from doing your shopping. Here I am, blabbering on, and you probably have a million other things to do. I can just go, if you have other things to do.." she started apologetically, wondering whether she was keeping the teen from something important.
ooc;; just thought this would be a good time to mention it, but you can have your own home, for your charrie. under 'housing' are three different boards to choose from. so apartments, normal houses, and farm/ranch type ones. just fill out a form and post in whichever board you want and i'll make you a sub-board =] once i make the forms that is.. haha xD oh, and sorry, but could you try writing a little bit more? two hundred is sorta the minimum, but yeah.. =3 muse;; bit tired.. words;; eight one one song;; younglife - anberlin

I looked at Abbey for a second. I then turned away for a moment. I knew what she was saying. She was not a human. She was something else. Was she like me? Maybe. I heard about her ranch and looked back at her. No i have not got a place yet. Then I lowered my voice to a whisper again. I have to get to the House of Night as soon as i can or else i am going to die. I did not want to scare her at all. But telling her that i was going to die if i did not get somewhere did sound a bit scarey.
I looked back at Abbey when she thought that she was bothering me. NO! You are not bothering me, I do not really have anything to do at all. I just came here just to have something to do. I looked at her. But if you want to, we can hang out, My voice then went back to a whisper, and then you can show me where the House of Night is. Please, i have to get there later. I then looked down at my boots for a second and then looked back up at Abbey. I really did need a friend in this town. I really did not want to be the loner in this town with no friends.

Aquamarine hued optics were focused on the girl as she looked away for a moment, and Abbey Sue knew that she knew. Knew that she was not who she appeared. Different. As the fledgling turned to look at her once more, the smile on Abbey Sue's lips didn't falter once. She was glad, in a way, that someone knew. At least now she could sort of relax at least, not having to worry about keeping her form from changing in front of her. Of course, she didn't yet know that she was a shapeshifter, just that she wasn't human, but she's find out sooner or later, so why waste time pretending otherwise. Answering her question, she was about to say something, her mouth opening quickly in protest, but she closed it once more. She was about to offer the teen to stay at her place, just until she found somewhere to stay, but obviously that couldn't happen. As she shut her agape mouth, the teen spoke once more. Abbey Sue nodded her head lightly, understanding of course what she was saying. She had to go to the house of night. If she didn't, her body would reject the change, and she would die. Abbey Sue didn't want that to happen, even if she had only just met the girl. It was weird, but already she felt she could trust Sorya, and she wouldn't mind being friends with her. In fact, she'd like that very much.
The house of night. Abbey Sue searched through the piles of rubbish that covered her brains, looking for the place. She knew she had seen it, passed it a few times actually. But where was it. Ah, of course. She remembered seeing it on her way to the university on her first day in Lexington. It wasn't far from there actually. Suddenly Sorya's voice broke through her train of thought and made her come back into reality. Listenning to the girls words, she simply smiled wider, glad that she wasn't being a nousense for once, or keeping the girl from something important. "Oh, that's good then. Actually, that's prety much the only reason I'm here too. Nothing else to do. Oh, and I'd love to hang out. With an awesome chick like yourself? Anytime." She said with a grin and a light chuckle. As the girls voice changed to a soft whisper, she nodded gently. "Of course I'll show you where it is. I know how important it is for you to get there soon, don't worry." She replied, her own voice lowered to a whisper, though she made sure not to make it seem obvious to anyone else around them. Glancing around briefly, she then turned to her new friend with a smile, her eyes brightening to a clear sky blue without her noticing. "So what do you say we take a lil walk round these shops and see what they've got to offer?" She asked cheerfully. Shopping always made her feel better, especially when she wasn't alone.
ooc;; do you think it'd be okay if i just added the house of night as a subboard in like the university? it is a type of school after all, and yeah.. but i wanted to ask you what you thought first. =S muse;; bleh. words;; five zero four song;; attention - the academy is

I smiled when she said that we shoould go shopping. I needed to get my mind off of what has happened to me this week. I knew that she would take me to the HoN after we were done here. I needed to do a bit of shopping anyways before i went. And Abbey could visit me at the HoN when ever she wanted. But i knew that the classes started at 8 pm and eneded at 3 am. My cousin told me about it when she was a fledling. You know, i need to get some shopping done. I need to get a new outfit for when i walk in. I do not want to have anyone think that i am only a cowgirl when i walk in. But i want a western look if you know what i mean.
I looked at her for a moment. I should maybe just have her help me find something. My phone began to ring with the rington Cowboy Till I Die by Jusitn McBride. I looked at it. Dad. I let it go to voicemail so it would look like i was in the changing room.

Seeing the girl smile, well vampyre, fledgling, whatever. Seeing her new friend, Sorya, smile at the mention of shopping made Abbey Sue's own lips turn into a happy grin. It seemed like she liked her idea. Well, that wasn't really that surprising. After all, what sort of a girl didn't like shopping. Be her a vampire, a shapeshifter or even a brain-eating, snot-nosed zombie. Seriously. Okay, so maybe it was a slightly stereotypical view of her to chose, and some of the more feminist females out there would call it sexist, but hey. It was the truth. Girl's shopped, it's what they did. And for the record, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. At least, that's what Abbey Sue liked to tell herself. Even when she knew she shouldn't go shopping because she had just recently gone and her money was running on the low side. Not that money was much of a problem for her. No, she could always just ask her parents for more, who would, as always, be happy to oblidge. But that's not the point. Abbey Sue liked her, independence and didn't want to have to rely on her parents for every little thing. Especially when it came to money. So she tried to use what she had sparingly, most of the time. Seems today wasn't one of those times.
As the teen began to speak, Abbey Sue refocused her attention on her, her previously bright sky blue eyes suddenly turning quite serious, and a deal less sparkly than they had been. Not that she noticed, nor cared really. Nope, her attention was all on Sorya. Who now spoke. She listenned to her words, nodding understandingly at her little dilema. Well, it was a problem wasn't it? It could be hard changing schools, and despite what people said, first impressions could make a world of a difference. People were usually quite shallow like that. For a moment, she simply said a slow, "Hmmm...", obviously trying to think of a plan. A plan to a fashion crisis. Oh she just loved those. The other sorts, not so much. At least fashion she could handle. Suddenly getting an idea, the serious, concentrating hard, thinking sort of look covering her features vanished and she returned to her hapy, cheerful self. "Okay. Well, before I start, I need to know whether you're looking for a whole outfit here, or just a new top or something like that. I'd assume the whole lot, and really, it's more fun that way, but yeah, up to you of course." She said smiling, hoping she wasn't rambling on as she usually did. She really hoped the teen wouldn't mind her finding a whole new outfit, as she really did have time on her hands to spend, and she felt like shopping. And this was an absolutely perfect distraction for the other things going on in her head. She waited for the teens responce, subconciously crossing her fingers with hope.

I looked at her. I had not thought about a new outfit. Maybe that would be good. I smiled. Maybe i need a new outfit. You know, i always dress as a country girl. I love it and all, but many people may want me to wear something different than dressing like this every single day. I looked at my western shirt, cowboy boots, wrangler jeans and my cowboy hat. I looked at the girls clothes. She seemed to have a great sence of style. I loved her outfit. I have seen What Not to Wear a lot. I have sort of thought about thinking about some of the rules that were on the show. But i have never really gone out and shopped. I never had the time with my dad, the horses, and school work. I was always busy when i was in Oklahoma. I looked back at Abbey. Maybe me and her were going to be great friends even though i was a vampyre who had to get to the HoN.
Looking at Abbey, i smiled. She knew that i was a Vampyre and she did not run away from me screaming about me. She understood. I knew that she was not human. I knew what it felt like to feel different than the other people that were here. I have decided that i want to get a new outfit, but i can dress like a country girl now and then. I hope that she would not make fun of me because of what type of girl i was. Hey, i love horses and cowboys. What am i to do? Cowboys go for the cowgirls......so DING! HELLO! I am a country girl, I work with horses every single day. I listen to country music, and i do things that a normal cowboy/cowgirl would do.
I then shook my head. I realized that i was rambling in my head.

Abbey Sue listened with open ears as the teen spoke. She thought about what the girl was saying, and found herself questioning her words. "Sweetie, you shouldn't worry about what other people want you to wear. You should be more focused on what you feel comfortable in." She smiled warmly, hoping she realised that she hadn't meant whole new as in scrapping the western styled clothing completely. After all, it wasn't like she planned on stuffing her into a cocktail dress and nine inch heels, now was it. It just wasn't practical, or at least, she didn't think it was. Stopping the little rant that was going on inside her head, she looked Sorya over quickly, before smiling. She had a plan. "Okay, so while we are getting you a whole new outfit, I think it should be something that you're going to wear, hopefully quite a bit. Something that's new and fresh, but still you. Know what I mean?" She gave her friend a quick grin, hoping she caught at least some of what she was saying. Though she definately didn't blame her if she didn't. Abbey Sue often rambled on, either in her head or out loud. Though this was usually about something she felt strongly or passionately about. And fashion and shopping were definately two of those things. So it was only natural for her to ramble at a time like this.
Gently grabbing her friend by the arm, she began walking down the walkway. "I don't know about you, but I definately feel most comfortable in a pair of jeans. I mean, you can wear them pretty much anywhere and anytime, with the right accesories and such of course." She paused for a second, giving the girl a knowing look. Still smiling, she continued on with her little speech. "Which is why, I thought we'd start off at one of my favourite shops." Slowing down slightly, she turned into one of the shops. It wasn't all that big, but it was enough. It sold, well, jeans. And that's pretty much it. Sure, they did have a few bags and shoes on the occassion display, but really you only went there for the denim. Letting go of the girls arm, she quickly walked over to the dressing rooms, in front of which sat a large leather sofa. She plonked her bags down and walked back to where Sorya was standing. "So what size are you?" She said, smile never leaving those glossed lips of hers. So while it could be impolite or even rude to ask a woman her age, let alone size of clothing, it was definately very important. After all, Abbey Sue knew the little boutique off by heart, and it would take her hardly any time finding the jeans she wanted. She just need a size.

I did not care about what she asked me for my size. I looked at her. Size 3. I then began looking at some jeans and then back at Abbey. I smiled. I looked at the pair of boots that i bought earlier. I need something to go around these. I pulled put a pair of black boots that went up near my knees. They had a pointed toe on them. When i saw them, i just had to have them. My mind was bugging me when i saw them. I was about to walk out the door without them. But then i decided that i was going to buy them. I looked at her like did not know what to do. I was hopping that a good pair of jeans would do me good. I then started looking for a pair of jeans that might go with them. On What Not To Wear it is eaiser said than done! I needed to practice a bit with Abbey so i can get the style in my head. I smiled at her. Abbey seemed to know what was in style. But then i had a thought. What if i mixed in some of my western stuff with the current outfit? I mean, it wouldn's hurt would it? I looked at Abbey as if i had just solved the worlds most hardest math problem. I wounder what she thought about it. I thought it was a good idea. Lets hope she has the same idea about this. I seemed to now know what i was thinking at the moment. Here are the boots that Sorya bought: LINK

As she spoke her size, Abbey Sue gave a quick nod and a smile and began searching through the racks to find the jeans she had invisioned in her mind. She had thought that she had been around a three, possibly even a two. Abbey Sue herself was a zero, but she was a lot shorter than her friend. Well, not a lot, but it was still pretty noticable. Anyways. Hearing the girls voice once more, she turned to see her pull out a gorgeous pair of black heels. She gave a small gasp when she saw them and immediately, as if an invisible rope had been thrown over her, she felt a pull towards them. She walked over slowly, in an almost trance like state, before suddenly getting very excited. "They are.. perfect! They're exactly what I had in mind." She said in a rather high pitched voice, the excitement clear in her words. She stroked the material admiringly, an expression of awe hinting in her features. "Perfect.." She murmered softly, her smile never once leaving her lips. Suddenly coming back to reality, she brought back her hand and smiled at her friend quickly, before rushing off once more to look through the many racks of jeans. "Yes!" She exclaimed at once, before realising how loud she had been and glanced around rather sheepishly wondered how had heard her. But apart from the woman behind the counter who simply smiled and continued reading her glossy 'vogue' magazine, the shop was surprisingly empty. She looked at the woman, and smiled too. Once, the assisstant would've been startled or something, but with her many visits, she seemed to have just gotten used to Abbey Sue's highly excitable nature. Abbey grabbed the jeans and held them out to Sorya. "Here, try these on." She said with a smile. "With the boots", she added quickly with a grin. The jeans were plain, in that they hadn't any patterns or sequins or anything like that, but they were still gorgeous. A light, faded looking blue. And of course, skinny leg. She just couldn't really stand flared jeans, and straight were so unflattering. So they just had to skinny. Plus, with Sorya's figure, they'd be perfect.

I walked into the dressing room and tried the jeans on. I then grabbed the boots and put them on over the jeans. I took a deep breath and looked at myself in the mirror. I looked great. I took off my cowboy hat, and played with my hair for a moment trying to get a good style. I looked at myself again and smiled. I was glad that i was trying on a new style. I love the western style. But i want to wear something new now and then.
I played with my hair again until i got the look i wanted. I put my hair in a loose pony tale and put my hair over my shoulder. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath before walking out to Abbey. I hoped she like the way i looked in this outfit. I then unlocked the door, walked out and saw her. So, what do you think? I smiled at her hoping she liked it. I knew i liked it...a lot. I still had my western shirt on, and i thought it looked cute with the shirt i was wearing. Brown, with the western cut to it, untucked.
