As Sorya grabbed the jeans and headed off into the changing rooms, Abbey Sue walked over to the sofa outside them and plonked herself down next to her bags. While she waited for her friend to finish changing into the jeans and boots, she pulled out the heels she had bought earlier that day. They were gorgeous. There was no denying it. She knew it, they knew it. Really, she hadn't had much of a choice, she didn't stand a chance against them. She had to buy them. It was like, destiny, or something. She was still a bit anooyed at that. She gave a small sigh, and returned them to the shoe box, placing it back inside the glossy black bag. Looking over at the woman behind the counter, she noticed her smiling. Abbey Sue simply gave a soft chuckle and continued to wait. In all her time coming to this shop, she hadn't really ever talked to the assistant. Which was quite odd, as usually she had to talk to somebody or she'd go crazy. She was very sociable like that. But no, she'd never really talked to the lady. Not apart from the occassion hello, or goodbye. And yet, the woman definately recognised her now, and had even gotten used to Abbey Sue's sometimes overexcitable way of being, and her general outgoingness. It was as though, even without having to communicating, they had a silent sort of friendship. It was a little odd, their understanding, but what in her life wasn't weird. She was a shapeshifter after all, and that could hardly be classified as normal. Hearing the unlocking of the changing room door, her gaze immediately shifted to the rooms in front of her. Sorya walked out and she just had to smile with delight. They looked just the way she thought they would. Amazing. As the teen spoke, she nodded her head slowly, standing up off the sofa.
" I think, you look amazing. Seriously. Those jeans are absolutely perfect on you." She replied happily, looking them over once more. Actually, they didn't look all that bad with the shirt she had on with them. But still, a new top was definately in order. "Oh my gosh, and those boots? Might fine if you ask me. Especially with the jeans." She continued, still marveling over her decision. She gave the vampyre one last smile, before pushing her lightly back towards the changing rooms. "Okay, so get changed out of those jeans quickly, and we'll go find a top to go with them." She said with a small chuckle, before walking back over to the sofa and sitting back down again. It wasn't even a few seconds later before she found her gaze wandering over to the many racks of jeans. Hmm, wouldn't hurt if she checked a few of them out, would it? No, of course not. Mischievous smile appearing on her lips, she stood silently and walked over to the nearest rack and started looking through the different pairs of jeans. Light, dark, black, grey. So many different ones to choose from. So many possibilities. Not that she was choosing. No, she was just taking a look. Definately not buying or anything like that. No, not at all. She had already bought a pair of shoes today, that was enough. When really, she shouldn't have even bought those. But that there was fate. And a bit of trickery on the heel's part. That wouldn't happen with jeans. Nope, definately not. Jeans were very different from shoes after all. They weren't as prettiful. Suddenly Abbey Sue stopped, her gaze fixated on one pair in particular. They were a bright purple. Not too dark, but not too light either. The perfect colour. So, unique and different. She walked over slowly, in that trance like state she often experienced whilst shopping. Hand outstretched, she ran it down the denim. They were so, her. But no, she couldn't buy them. Not today anyways. She looked over at the changing rooms and noticed that Sorya wasn't out yet. Sighing, she reluctantly took her hand off the jeans and walked back over to the sofa where she sat down once more. She couldn't help look back at the jeans, hanging there, waiting for her. But she couldn't buy them, she wouldn't. Not now. So she turned her head around, not being able to bear looking at them any longer, and waited.

I came back to the dressing room with a bounce in my step. I was happy that she thought i looked great in the jeans. I then changed back into my wranglers and cowboy boots, grabbed my hat and put it back on. I then came out and walked to Abbey's side. Still smiling, i waited for her to get up. I can not believe i was having this much fun shopping with Abbey. I swear i am going to have to come back with her to find another outfit for something else! I walked up to her and waited for her to get up. Thinking to myself, i wonder what my dad would think of me in the outfit that i am going to buy once i try it all on after finding a shirt for the jeans. I shook my head and let my mind think about something else. I thought about the Rodeo that was this weekend. I really wanted to go to so bad. I breath the rodeo life....no, i do not ride bulls, but i mainly do barrel racing. I was thinking about entering for that with Cowboy.
I then shot that in the back of my mind and started thinking about tops that might go with my jeans and boots. I mean, i am not as good as Abbey is, but with some practice, i could learn about fashion from her!

As Sorya came out of the changing rooms and walked over to her, Abbey Sue suddenly forgot all about the awesome purple jeans. Well, not really. But she had decided that she'd come back and get them some other time and that eased her want, erm, need for them. Grabbing both her bags, she stood up, full of energy. They still needed to find a top to go with the jeans. This was seriously so much fun. She loved shopping, but shopping with the vamp just seemed to make it even better. She liked being a sort of fashion advisor. It made her feel all important like. Smiling, she started walking over to the counter where the woman sitting behind it stood from her chair and put away the vogue magazine she had been reading and now smiled at them, waiting. Abbey Sue stopped as she reached the counter and gave the woman a quick grin. Hey, she said cheerfully, as she waited for Sorya to pay for the jeans. While she did that, she thought about a top to go with the jeans and the boots. Country shirts were all good, but she was sure that the teen would already have a fair few of those. So maybe something a little different. A few shops came to mind, but nothing really called to her as the jeans had. Oh well, they'd find something. That much was certain. Once the jeans had been paid for, she waved a quick bye to the woman, who had by this time sat back down, and started walking out of the boutique and out into the walkway. She thought for a second, before finally deciding on the first shop to visit. Alrighty then, let's go find a top then." She said with a grin, before starting to walk towards the next shop of her list. If she still remembered where it was. Hmm, well it was pretty hard to miss in any case. The fluro pink doors sort of caught your eye. All appearances aside, the shop really wasn't as girly and pink as the doors allowed you to believe. They actually had some pretty awesome stuff, and she remembered buying quite a few things from there, including this amazing dress, but let's leave that story for another time.

I smiled at her for a moment. I then went to the cash register and payed for my jeans. I then followed Abbey around hoping to find a store that would have some great tops that would go with my jeans. I really wanted to find something that would look great on me. I know i look great in the western shirts, but hey, you gotta take a break from all that every now and then. I knew that Abbey had mre experiance lookinfor clothes. So i wanted her to teach me to find some great clothes.
Anyways, i am going to put that in the back off my mind for now. I walked over for a asecond and grabbed a smoothie for the both of us. I needed to get something to drink really bad. I was so thirsty that i would have been able to dink a whole lake! I sat down for a moment to let my legs rest. I have been walking around the mall for a coup;e of hours and i needed some time to rest them before i got up again and followed Abbey to the nearest shop. I really hoped that we woud find something as soon as we could. It would be very awsome if i could fine a few shirts that would go with the jeans and boots i got today. It would also be great if i could find maybe a skirt or something. I have always known that skirts go great with a good pair of boots. Like when i grabbed a pair of my boots that went near my knees with my cute western skit. I smiled when i thought about it. You know, i was kind of wonderin if we could find a cute skirt around here to go with me boots. I was kind of thinking about it when i was thinking about my western outfit i have in my closet at home.

Abbey Sue was about to say something, mouth slightly agape, when she realised that she could no longer hear the footsteps of the vampyre walking beside her. Stopping immediately, she turned to see her walking over to a smoothie stall. A sheepish smile appeared on her lips, as she too walked over. Seeing the girl coming back towards her, two smoothies in hand, she grinned. "Thanks," she said happily, taking the smoothie that was meant for her. She took a short sip as she began to walk towards a bench. Strawberry, her favourite. And it was so good. She stopped, standing there for a moment, taking another long sip of her smoothie, but as the vampyre sat down, she made her way to the seat and sat down as well. She hadn't really been there all that long, so she wasn't yet feeling the exhaustion of a long day shopping. But it looked to her like her new friend had been there a little longer than she. They drank in silence, well, apart from the rather loud slurping noises Abbey Sue's smoothie was making. Well it wasn't her. Jeez, to think she could make such noise. Nope, it was definately the smoothie. Or the straw. Or perhaps they were working together, plotting against peace and quiet. Yeah, that sounded much more like it. She smiled at the musings going on inside her head, before taking one last noisey sip. And then the smoothie was gone. She stood, walking over to the nearest bin, before returning to the bench. "Shouldn't be too far now," she said softly with a sympathetic smile. As the girl stood, she headed off towards the store. Or to where she thought it was. For she was still a little uncertain of its exact location. Hearing the teen speak, she turned her head to look at her. "Actually, I think that's a very good idea. Show a bit of leg for a change," she said with a light chuckle. After all, with a figure like hers, it was a surprise she wasn't wearing a skirt right now.
Well, we'd just have to change that, wouldn't we. Okay, so that sounded a little evil, but that was definately not my intention. Abbey Sue smiled, glancing around quickly when she spotted the shop. Yup, just where she thought it would be. It's bright pink doors were very easy to spot. She headed towards it, and noticed that it was slightly busier than the last shop they had been too. Awkwardly moving around a couple that were standing in the way fo the door, looking at some clothes on the 'sale rack', she started looking around for a top of two to go with Sorya's new jeans, and those gorgeous black boots. Working quickly and methodically, she moved around the store, looking through all the clothes, picking out a top or two as she went along. She didn't even really look at any of the other stuff, the skirts and shorts as such. Right now, she was looking for tops only, and that's all her eyes could see. With quite a few good finds in her arms, she walked over to where Sorya was and gave a small, but exagerated sigh, as if she had just finished a marathon or something of the sort. She began going through each of the tops, holding them up before passing them over to the vamp. "Okay, so I found quite a few, as you can see. So if you could just try them on and see which ones look the best, that'd be good.. Right, so number one. Black, simple, but flashy. Good for parties, clubbing, just going out in general. You knwo what I mean. Number two. A lot more casual, but I do love the design and it'll look great with the jeans. Number three, once again, real simple, but beautiful colour and the fabrics really soft too. Number four. I thought this was quite cute, and more western too. Oh and it comes in a few different colours if you wanted. Five. Okay, so I know it's not really a top, but you could wear it with jeans if you wanted. Or when it's hot, just wear it as it is." She handed the last of the clothes other.
She really did hope that Sorya would like them. Well she did in any case. Most of them were quite simple, but with the right accessories, they could make her look a million bucks. even if she was only going out to get a coffee or something from starbucks. "So go try them on, don't forget to show me, and I'll look around for a skirt to go with them boots." she said with a smile. She waited until the teen was inside one of the change rooms, before heading off through the racks and displays full of clothes, in search of a skirt. It was really hard. Not to find a skirt, because there was tons, but just that. There was so many, she didn't know if she could choose just one. She wondered what she had meant by skirt, after all, there were lots of different sorts and styles. And lengths. She'd say that the vamp would look better in a slightly shorter skirt. Short, but not so much that she looked like a slut short. After all, if you had legs, why not show them. Abbey Sue usually had to wear shorter skirts or dresses anyway, but that'd just because she herself was a little of the small side and if she wore maxis or anything like that she just looked ridiculous. Like she was drowing in fabric. But anyways, getting back to the important stuff. Finally she narrowed down her selection of about a hundred ( okay, so it was more like seven) skirts, to just two. Which, by the way, she thought was pretty darn amazing. The first one, was a cute little tu-tu looking skirt. Which personally, she found adorable. But, with the right extras, very chic. The second
, was a high-waisted black skirt. Stylish, elegant, it was probably her favourite of the two. With the two skirts in hand, she walked back over to the changing rooms and sat down on one of the soft velvetey covered armchairs out the front, and waited for her friend to come out. ooc;; took me a while to find those pics haha. =P muse;; good words;; one zero six three song;; curse of the curves - cute is what we aim for [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Going back in, i grabbed my bag, and put on the jeans and boots. I then grabbed the first top. Put it on, walked out and showed her what it looked like. It was cute. I liked it. I then walked back in, grabbed the second top, put it on and walked back out. I really did not like the length it was on me. It made me look like i was more shorter than i was. I then walked back in, grabbed the third top. I put it on, i thought it looked great with the jeans and boots. I thought that i could try it on with a skirt and the boots. I then came out smiling. I showed her, went back in and put on my favorite of the shirts (Even though it was pink). I put it on and walked out with another smile on my face. I then walked back in and grabbed the last top. I thought it was ok, i could use it if i am out on a date or something. I out it on over my jeans and came out.
I think my favorite one out of them are the first pink one, and the flanel pink one. They look cute on me! I smiled. I was having a lot of fun and iwas glad that i was. Lets hope that i can get out once in a while when i am at the HoN. I then looked at Abbey and the skirts that she had in her hands. I grabbed them and thought about that pink top. I ran back in and took off my jeans, put the black on on and the first pink top on with my boots and walked out. I did the same for the first black top with the silver skirt and boots. I think i might be getting a hang of fashion for the first time!

Abbey Sue sat and watched as the vampyre came out of the changing rooms, showed her the item of clothing the was wearing, before disappearing inside once more and getting changed into the next. After trying on each of the tops, the teen came out with a smile on her face. Turns out smiling is quite contagious, becase just the sight of hers made Abbey sue break out in a grin too. As the teen apoke, she nodded her head in agreeance. "Mm, the pink one definately looks good on you, and yeah, the flanel does seem to suit you. Actually, I'd be interesting to see how it looked with the black skirt." she said, more so to herself than the girl, as she handed over the two skirts. She chuckled lightly as the teen ran back in with the two skirts and got changed into the first. She definately seemed like she was having fun, which was good. She too was having lots of fun. She liked being the fashion advisor of sorts, picking different outfits. It made her consider her career choice. But when she thought about it, she knew there was nothing to think about. She had always wanted to be a vet, even since she was in kindergarten. All the other children wanted to be policemen, or astranauts or firemen or butterflys. But she ahd always known what she wanted to do. Be a vet. Okay, so there was that once where she had wanted to work at the zoo after an excursion there in primary school, but apart from that, her decision had never swayed. Nor should it. Animals were her life. It only seemed right that she'd want to save theirs. She watched as the girl came out with the black skirt and the pink top, before going back in and changing into the silver skirt and the black top. She had to admit that she looked pretty good indeed. Once she had finished changing, Abbey Sue smiled. "So, which one's are you getting? I think that you should get the first black top, and the two pink ones and that black skirt. But it's up to you of course" She added quickly with a smile. She didn't mind if the teen wanted to get one of the other items, but that was just her opinion. She stood, grabbing her bags, and slowly headed over to the counter, stopping and looking at some other clothes that were on the racks on the way.

Coming back out, i paid for my things. I then walked over to Abbey and smiled. This day was coming out to be great! I then looked at her for a moment and walked over to one of the benches that were in the middle of the walk way and sat down. Man, i was feeling great about what is going to happen next at the HoN. I can not wait to meet new friends, meet my new professors at the school, and other things that are going to go on. I thought about the different things that were going to happen to me. I thought about the new tattoos that i would get. I looked at her again. Abbey, do you think that you could visit me when i am at the school? I want to have friends on both sides. Inside the school and outside the school. I thought about getting a boyfriend as well. I was not good at the dating life..and i wanted to learn about it........but then i decided that i would just do what i do best. Just being myself and not acting like a person i was not. I have seen it. Many people act different than they do on a daily basis.
I then put it in the back of my mind. I then looked back at Abbey hoping that she would visit me. But hey, it would be difficult with my schedual in all. I mean, classes start at 8 pm and end at 3 am. I was not sure if she had the time. But then i hoped that she would. I wanted to hang out with friends and do things. I then realized that i was rambling in my head when i shut my mind up. Looking at her i waited for her to reply to my question.

As Sorya walked over to her and smiled, Abbey Sue just couldn't help but smile back. She was having so much fun after all. She just knew that the two of them would be great friends. Even if she had to go to the House of Night. As the walked over to a bench and the girl sat down, she sat down next to her. She wondered what it would be like, getting marked. New school, new teachers, new friends, new not-so-friends. Heck, it was a new life, was it not? It must be hard, getting used to something like that. And yet, the girl didn't seem phased by it at all. As she spoke, it broke Abbey Sue's train of thought and she turned to look at her. "Well, I don't know if I can visit you, I mean, with me not being a vamp and all. But I really would like to see you again. Perhaps we could catch up sometime again. Night or day, whatever works." she said with a smile. She really did want to stay friends, and see her again. It didn't matter to her that Sorya wasn't human. After all, neither was she. But whatever. She was sure they could figure out. "Oh, and here" she said, before grabbing a pen and a piece of paper from her bag and scribbling down her number quickly before handing it to her friend. "You have to make sure to keep in touch, okay?" She said smiling. She definately wouldn't mind hearing all the juicy goss from this new vamp school. Oh, shouldn't they be going now? She had been pretty urgent when she had said that she needed to get there. "Which reminds me. Don't you think it'd be best if we got going now? Wouldn't want you to get sick or, something." Something of course being her rejecting the change and dying, but she didn't mention that. They both knew it. And it definately wasn't something she wanted to be talking about. Getting up off the bench, she looked around before resting her gaze on the vamp. "Can you think of anything else we need before we go?" She asked, trying to think of anything else the girl might need to buy before they left for the House of Night.

I looked at her for a second. Not that i can think of. I got up and looked at my bags for a sceond. I then grabbed them and started walking toward the parking lot where my Dodge Ram 3500 was sitting. I was sure i was going to like being at the HoN, but it was going to be different. When i opened the door to my truck, i realized that maybe i should just go for a drive later to get my mind off what was going on at the moment. I got in the drivers seat, but did not start my truck. I wanted to sit in silence for a moment and think about what is going on. I knew i was going to miss my parents, but they could visit me. Thinking of my parents sent a tear down my cheek. I quickly wiped it before anyone could see it. I started my truck and sat there for a while.
The sound of the engine started to calm me down. I loved the sound of it when i was off the white line at a red light. It reminded me of a cemi going past me. I quickly backed out and looked for Abbey. I was not sure if she had a car of if she needed a ride. I sighed. I had to do this. I did not want to die or anything. My head started to spin for a second. I then closed my eyes for a second. I think i have been away from the HoN for too long. I think i need to get there FAST. I was starting to get a little dizzy. I asked Nyx to help me get there in once peice. And to help me not ruin my truck. Or else i would be so pissed of it was. I looked in the golove box for some asprin and took a couple of them to calm the headache i was getting from all this stress.

As she spoke, Abbey Sue nodded with a smile and followed her when she got up off the wooden bench, grabbing her bags as she did so. She then walked beside the teen as she walked out of te mall and into the parking lot. Abbey Sue waved quickly before heading off to find her ute. It wasn't exactly a flashy car, or luxrious and elegant, but it did it's job, getting her, and sometimes her horses, from one place to the other, so she didn't complain. Spotting her phantom purple GLX-R Double Cab 4x4, she smiled and quickened her pace. Unlocking it, she place her bags on the back seat, before jumping in the drivers seat herself. Starting the engine, she revved it once or twice, before pulling out of her parking spot and looking around for Sorya. She had seen which way she had walked, but didn't actually know which car was hers. Finally she spotted her in a Dodge Ram and lowering the window, waved to her. "Follow Me, okay?" She yelled out the window with a smile. She'd show her where the House of Night was. It was the least she could do after all. They were friends now, weren't they? Quickly glancing back at the teen, she noticed that she wasn't looking all that good. Perhaps she had been away for too long. In which case, they really did have to get there as soon as possible. So, now. She hoped that her friend would make it there. It wasn't that far actually. She began to drive, out of the parking lot and onto the road towards the school. It was quite close to the university, and she remembered seeing it on her way there when she was registering. So she knew the way there off by heart. Thank goodness for that. Wouldn't want to waste time looking for the place with her friend in such a condition. A few minutes later, she pulled up on the side of the road next to the entrance of the school. The House of Night. It was a grand building, and she was very curious as to see what was inside, but she knew that probably wasn't that great an idea. With her not being a vamp and all that. So she waited for the teen to stop too, before getting out of the ute.
